Cross Generations Church

The Process:

We believe the services at Cross Generations Church will be anything but boring to you and your family. We live in a generation that is used to being bombarded with sight and sound; where everyone is used to and responds to high impact visual stimulus. Pastor Bob delivers a powerful message in a way that you will leave remembering the spiritual principle through the use of visual illustrations that will imprint God's message for you on your heart for eternity.

We also provide outlines so you will be able to take notes about the message and things that God is revealing to you through the sermon. The message and the illustrations will be uploaded to this website following the message so you can refer to it when reviewing it during the next week.

Family Activities:
We will also send home follow-up activities to assist you in keeping the Sunday's spiritual principle in front of you and your children during the week. These activities will include:
* creative ways to memorize the Scripture verses for you and your children
* age appropriate devotions
* discussion-generating questions you can ask your children, or use to meditate on in your own daily quiet time with the Lord. This will help us apply the message to our everyday lives

Altar Time:
At Cross Generations Church, we will design altar times where (you) the parent will be instructed on how to lead your children to God through prayer. This will be done sometimes in confession, reconciliation, or in worship to our Almighty God. There will also be times we will pray around an altar with other families.

Mentoring:
Mentoring will be a priority at Cross Generations Church through small group relationships. We want parents to have mentors they can talk to about children and the issues that they bring to the family, (What do I do when….) as well as spiritual guidance for the family or themselves. Within these groups we want to see male and female accountability groups begin.

Small Groups:
Our small groups will help to build and develop relationships in a deep and purposeful way. These small groups meet regularly for fellowship, Bible study and are always available to help meet needs of parents wanting to raise their children to know God.
